3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) emass44 account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, or device — are strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Freezing of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances and winnings in the account.
• Permanent ban from the emass44 platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice. emass44 reserves the right to verify your identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

4 Deposit & Payment

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. emass44 does not accept third-party deposits. Should any suspicious deposit be detected, emass44 reserves the right to suspend processing until the investigation is concluded.

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your emass44 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet registered in the name of the emass44 account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and system load.
• Emass44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

Should any suspicious activity be detected or identity verification fail, emass44 reserves the right to place your withdrawal on hold pending the completion of an internal investigation. You will be notified via your registered email within 3 business days.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Emass44 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of a match.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body are final and will be used to determine the outcome of all bets.
• Any bets placed using fraudulent methods, automated software (bots), or system bug exploits will be voided immediately.
• The maximum betting limit per event is subject to emass44's internal policies and may change without prior notice.

Emass44 employs an advanced fraud detection system to monitor all betting transactions. Any activity suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

8 User Conduct

• Spreading false information about emass44 to other users.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 7 business days.
